First, make sure you have have the right app (Questify).
Second, make sure you have the latest update of the app.
Third, exit the app completely and reopen it.
Fourth, make sure you have filled out your participant information by logging into your account at https://www.cotopaxi.com/account and going to the ‘Events Admin’ page. You may have purchased your ticket, but you might not have filled out your participant info, so your ticket isn’t attached to any racer.
