Why can’t I log in to the app?

First, make sure you have have the right app (Questify).

Second, make sure you have the latest update of the app.

Third, exit the app completely and reopen it.

Fourth, make sure you have filled out your participant information by logging into your account at https://www.cotopaxi.com/account and going to the ‘Events Admin’ page. You may have purchased your ticket, but you might not have filled out your participant info, so your ticket isn’t attached to any racer.

If you still can't log in, e-mail llamas@cotopaxi.com and we'll get you taken care of!

    I have searched over and over for the Questify App on my iPhone and iPad and the only app I can find is cotopaxi. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I'm having the same issue to for my Samsung. I've tried "questify" "questival" "cotopaxi" & nothing referring to the app, just music & apps for other parts of the world

    I can't download the app either, couldn't be found on the app store

    I can't find it, either.  I emailed them to ask if they can please let us know if there's some reason it's not available yet.  (FYI, the email address above is misspelled, so if you're going to email them, add an "i" to cotopaxi.)

    Update 02/03/17: I got a response from their support folks and they said it will be a few weeks before the app is actually available.  They also said they'll fix the email address above but it hasn't been done yet, so make sure you check the spelling before sending them a message.  :-)
