What is your return policy?

We provide easy returns and exchanges for US orders placed within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased in November and December can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase. Refunds for store credit and exchanges are free, for refunds to credit cards and Paypal, we deduct $5 to cover shipping and restocking costs. Opt for store credit to also receive a $5 bonus and the chance to get more cool gear!

When returning, please ensure that tags are still intact and that the items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and undeniably still beautiful, so that we can give you a full refund. (Our returns team doesn’t want to find any surprise ham sandwiches left in any bags!) Please note that items marked as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please note that all international sales are final, i.e., we can not accept returns. Event Tickets (including the Questival) are non-refundable.
