Unfortunately we aren't able to do ticket refunds. So please don't ask, as we dislike sending e-mails with the word "no" in them :/
However, you can totally do a ticket transfer! To do so, log in to your Cotopaxi account and change the participant information to the new person's info.
If you can't find someone to purchase your ticket, we can still hook you up with your awesome backpack!! This can be done in a few different ways:
1- Come to the race check-in and pick up your pack (avoids shipping costs)
2- Have a friend or teammate pick up your pack (avoids shipping costs)
3- E-mail us and we will get you a code to redeem the pack on our website (does not avoid shipping cost)
If you've got some SUPER extenuating circumstances* (and we mean suuuuper) then reach out via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do.
*Super extenuating circumstances do not include "My team bailed on me," "I decided I didn't want to do it anymore," "It wasn't what I thought it was going to be because I didn't read the website well enough," etc.
